Greetings from RAD Resources. The 4-Star Hotel is looking for the Front office Executives (Female/Male) (Positions: 20) who is responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Salary: 25,000/month

Experience: min 2-3yrs

Location: Hyderabad, Warangal

Facilities Provided: PF +Uniform + Food and Accommodation

Timings:

Morning shift: 6:00Am to 3:00Pm

Second shift: 2:00pm to 11:00pm

Responsibilities:

- Handle guest check-in, check-out and reservation procedures
- Address guest queries, complaints and provide information on hotel services
- Manage direct bookings, group bookings, and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B; and other departments
- Maintain front desk records,



MIS reports and follow company SOPs
- Ensure excellent guest service and uphold hotel standards

Skills Required:

- Education: Diploma in Hotel Management/ Hospitality industry
- Communication: - Excellent verbal and written English + Hindi. Additional languages are an advantage
- Personality: Pleasing personality, well-groomed and presentable
- Skills: PMS software knowledge, computer proficiency, positive attitude

Note: Immediate joiners are preferred
