Responsibilities:
Happy Greeter: Be the friendly face saying hi to visitors and answering calls with a cheerful vibe.
Help people find their way around like a pro.
Info Champ: Share cool info about our programs and why we're the best in the aviation game.
Guide new friends through signing up for our awesome courses.
Office Superpower: Keep things organized by typing and arranging stuff like a superhero secretary!
Be a pro at planning from meetings to making sure everyone gets their messages.
Team Buddy: Work with all our teams and be the go-to person for making things run smoothly.
When it's time for fun events, be ready to help out and join the party!
Qualifications
- You're super friendly and know how to make people feel comfy.
- Talking to people is your thing whether in person or on the phone.
- You know a bit about computer stuff like Word and Excel.
- Keeping things in order is like a game for you.
If you've done something similar before, that's awesome!
Education:
Finished high school or something like it. If you've got extra certificates, that's even cooler!
