Roles and Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers via outbound calls to promote and sell credit card and loan products.

- Clearly pitch the product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.

- Your primary responsibility is to proactively understand and address customer needs by managing a high volume of outbound calls, averaging between 200 to 300 calls per day

- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages to meet the diverse customer segments.

- Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently.

- Accurately fill out application forms based on customer-provided information during calls.

- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of the on-boarding process

- Maintain a neutral and professional tone throughout the conversation to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.

Job Requirements :





- Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.

- Excellent sales and convincing abilities.

- Multilingual communication capability is a plus.

- Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally

- Compensation s Advantages:

- Initial Salary: 18,000 per month (Consolidated pay) + Incentives After 3 Months (Performance-Based): 19,500 per month (Consolidated pay)

- After 12 Months (Performance-Based): 2.75 LPA + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Promotion

- Shift Timings & Work Schedules: Initial: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks), 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off

- Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks), 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly off
