Role Description The Freelancer Clinical Research Trainer will deliver comprehensive training in clinical research concepts, processes, and regulations to students and early-career professionals. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune District and involves conducting classroom and practical sessions, preparing instructional materials, and updating course content to align with current industry standards and guidelines.

The trainer will evaluate learner performance through assignments, tests, and project work, and provide constructive feedback and mentoring to support skill development.



Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, participating in workshops or seminars, and ensuring training quality that meets organizational and industry expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Clinical Education and Training skills, with experience delivering structured theoretical and practical sessions.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, enabling effective teaching of core clinical concepts and case-based learning.
- Candidates should possess Research skills, including familiarity with clinical trial design, ethics, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or allied health; advanced qualifications or certifications in Clinical Research are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a clinical research trainer, investigator, coordinator, or similar role is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop and update training content based on current guidelines.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning management systems, and basic office software to support training delivery and documentation.
