Key Responsibilities
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will:
- Bring your real-world industry knowledge and experience into the course
- Review and enhance learning content within your area of expertise
- Contribute practical insights, examples, perspectives and industry use cases
- Collaborate with our learning design team to develop engaging online courses
- Help ensure content is accurate,
relevant and aligned with current industry practices
- Record video content explaining key concepts, insights and practical applications from the course
What We're Looking For
- Strong professional experience in Market Research, AI-enabled Market Research, Customer Experience Strategy , or a closely related field
- Hands-on, practical industry expertise
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Ability to explain complex or specialized concepts clearly and engagingly
- Confidence and comfort presenting on camera
- Ability to collaborate effectively with learning designers and content teams
