Role Overview

We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who can own product development end-to-end—from UI and backend architecture to complex third-party integrations, AI integrations, deployment, and production ownership .

This is a high-ownership role for someone comfortable working in an early-stage setting, handling ambiguous requirements, building integrations from scratch, and using AI tools/agents to accelerate development.

Key Responsibilities

- Own features end-to-end across Frontend, Backend, Database, Integrations and Deployment
- Design and build REST/GraphQL APIs and complex third-party integrations
- Integrate payment gateways, SaaS platforms, external APIs, webhooks, OAuth, authentication and other external services
- Build and maintain reliable API-to-API, data and event-driven integrations
- Develop AI-powered features using LLM APIs, agents, RAG, vector search and MCP
- Build responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
- Design backend services using Node.js, Express.js and PostgreSQL
- Handle caching, queues, real-time communication and integration reliability
- Own deployment, monitoring, debugging and production issues




- Make architecture and product decisions with full accountability
- Use Claude, AI agents and automated workflows extensively across the development lifecycle

Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of production-grade full-stack development
- Strong React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and Express.js experience
- Strong experience designing and implementing third-party/API integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, JWT, rate limiting and external service integrations
- Strong PostgreSQL and Redis experience
- Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs or AI-powered product features
- AWS, Docker and CI/CD experience
- Experience working in startups or lean engineering teams with high ownership
- Proven ability to take a requirement from idea → architecture → development → integration → deployment
