Founder’s Office Intern — Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a sharp, highly driven Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the founders across sales, marketing, business development, and growth.

This is not a traditional internship. You’ll work directly with the founders, take ownership of real growth initiatives, speak to potential customers and partners, and get hands-on experience in how sales and marketing are built and executed in an early-stage company.

What you’ll work on

Support the founders in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies

Identify and research potential customers, leads, partners and business opportunities

Support lead generation, outreach and follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels

Assist in building and maintaining sales pipelines and lead databases

Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new growth opportunities

Support partnerships and business development with doctors, clinics, brands and other stakeholders

Help create marketing campaigns, social media content, presentations and promotional material

Track sales and marketing performance using Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards

Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, customers and external partners

Assist the founders with customer communication,



sales pitches and presentations

Take ownership of special sales and marketing projects directly from the Founder’s Office

Who we’re looking for

Undergraduate or postgraduate student / recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Communications or a related field

Strong interest in sales, marketing, business development and startups

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with outreach, networking and speaking to people

Comfortable with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets and online research

Strong organisational and follow-up skills

Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership

Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment

Someone who doesn’t wait for detailed instructions and enjoys figuring things out and getting things done
