Role & responsibilities :

1. The position is for an experienced individual in formulation development and drug product technology transfer.
2. Should have sound knowledge and experience in developing formulations for novels/biosimilar products.
3. Experience in designing experiments for pre-formulation and formulation screening is required.
4. Knowledge of key analytical methods/techniques such as HPLC, CE, DSC, CD, DLS etc is required. Hands on experience in performing analytical techniques is a plus.
5. The candidate should have experience in developing liquid, lyo and PFS formulations. Experience in high concentration formulation development is mandatory.
6. The candidate should independently prepare protocols for stability studies and track the stability study progress with Analytical Development team.
7.



The candidate should also have experience in technology transfer of Fill and Finish for manufacturing of drug product. A thorough understanding of manufacturing operations is a must to ensure efficient tech transfer.
8. It is expected that during the engineering DP batches, the candidate is closely working with DP manufacturing team, and if need be, provide shop-floor support.
9. The candidate should have positive writing and presentation skills.
10. The candidate should actively engage with clients for technical discussions. Therefore, it is expected that he/she has excellent communication skills.
11. Ensure compliance to Quality Assurance systems.
