Position Overview : We are looking for a Food Safety & Compliance Executive to ensure food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across canteen operations . The role will manage FSSAI and ISO 22000/FSMS documentation, coordinate audits, monitor hygiene standards, and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage FSSAI, ISO 22000/FSMS, HACCP, GMP documentation and records.
- Monitor canteen hygiene, sanitation, temperature, pest control, and food testing.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, checklists, inspection and audit documents.
- Coordinate internal/external audits, FSSAI inspections, and ISO audits.
- Identify compliance gaps and follow up on CAPA and audit observations.
- Maintain food-handler training and other required compliance records.

Coordinate with canteen staff, vendors, auditors, laboratories, and external agencies.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of FSSAI regulations and ISO 22000 / FSMS standards.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in food safety, QA/QC, FSMS, catering, or food operations.
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, CAPA, food hygiene,



and sanitation practices.
- Robust skills in food safety documentation, record keeping, and compliance tracking.
- Ability to conduct basic hygiene inspections and identify compliance gaps.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation tools.

Good To Have

- ISO 22000 / FSMS or HACCP certification.
- Experience in hotel, catering, canteen, hospitality, or food service operations.
- Experience in food safety audits, FSSAI inspections, and CAPA follow-up.
- Knowledge of food and water testing procedures and related documentation.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, auditors, laboratories, and external agencies.

Education Qualification : Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, BA or any other relevant discipline.
