- Supervise and coordinate waiters, waitresses, hosts/hostesses, and otherF&B; staff.

- Allocate staff duties and prepare or assist with shift schedules.

- Ensure the restaurant/outlet is properly set up before service.

- Monitor food and beverage service to ensure quality and hotel standardsare maintained.

- Welcome guests and handle their requests, feedback, andcomplaints professionally.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, housekeeping, front office, and management.

- Monitor table service, order taking, food delivery, billing, and payment procedures.

- Check that tables, service areas, equipment, and dining areas are clean and properly maintained.

- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other supplies.

- Assist with inventory checks and report shortages, breakages, or wastage.





- Ensure staff follow hygiene, safety, and hotel operating procedures.

- Train and guide new F&B; employees.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and skilled conduct.

- Assist the F&B; Manager with sales targets, promotions, and operational reports.

- Supervise banquet and event service when required.

- Help resolve operational problems during busy periods.

- Close shifts and ensure proper cash, billing, and outlet handover proceduresare followed.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
