Role & responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily activities on the assigned floor, including staff scheduling and facility maintenance.
- Patient/Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for complaints, feedback, and customer assistance to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Workflow Optimization: In hospitals, this includes managing patient flow from admission to discharge. In retail, it involves managing sales floor staff and merchandising.
- Coordination & Liaison: Facilitate communication between clinical and non-clinical departments (housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical teams).
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations (e.g., sterilization in hospitals, safety procedures in retail).
