Job responsibilities :

- Handling end to end Vendor & Vehicle sourcing for the assigned region.
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and vehicle category management strategy of the region based on customer requirement.
- Must have ground level connect with drivers/vendors, possess sufficient data and resources to ramp up fleet for different verticals of ground transportation
- Conduct training & orientation programmes for new vendors and chauffeurs in order to induct & assimilate them in carzonrent family and ensure that they understand carzonrent business model and quality standards.
- Ensuring attendance of vendor and chauffeurs,



handling their grievances and working towards supplier experience.
- Calculate costs of vendor sharing and suggest methods to increase companys share.
- Devise negotiation strategies and sign up profitable deals, change existing vendor agreements into more profitable revenue sharing for the company.
- Create schedules and build communication process so that Operation and Vendors are aware of the details of the terms and conditions.
- Ensuring vehicle appearance for quality check.
- Ensure compliance with Carzonrent Values, Policies and Standards. No breach of ethics while sourcing vendors and chauffeurs.
