Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert Fireman to ensure fire and life safety at the assigned facility. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring fire safety systems, responding to emergencies, conducting regular inspections, and supporting preventive fire-safety activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the facility for fire and safety hazards and report unsafe conditions.
- Respond promptly to fire alarms, emergencies, and other safety incidents.
- Operate fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and other firefighting equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire-fighting equipment and emergency exits.
- Ensure fire extinguishers and other safety equipment are accessible and in proper working condition.
- Assist in fire drills, emergency evacuation procedures, and mock drills.
- Maintain fire safety logs, inspection records, and incident reports.
- Ensure emergency exits, fire doors, staircases, and escape routes remain clear.
- Coordinate with the Fire & Safety / Facility Management team during emergencies.
- Assist in identifying fire risks and implementing preventive safety measures.
- Follow all site-specific fire safety procedures, SOPs, and emergency response protocols.




- Support basic firefighting and first-response activities as required.
- Immediately escalate any major fire, safety, or emergency-related issue to the concerned supervisor.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Fire & Safety certification will be preferred.
- Previous experience as a Fireman, Fire & Safety Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of firefighting equipment and emergency response procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of responding quickly during emergencies.
- Good observation, alertness, discipline, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Performance Areas (KRA) Ensure effective fire-safety monitoring, timely emergency response, proper inspection of firefighting equipment, safe evacuation support, accurate safety records, and compliance with site fire-safety procedures.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
