Role & responsibilities :

- BOM Vs Actual variance calculations.

- Prepare and analyses management reports covering revenue, gross margin, operating cost, working capital, CAPEX, and variance drivers.

- Partner with sales, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to track business KPIs and identify profitability improvement opportunities.

- Establish solid controls over budgets in ERP / excel spreadsheets.

- Develop dashboards and automated MIS reports using Excel, ERP, Copilot, other business intelligence tools.

- Provide financial inputs for business cases, investment proposals, expansion plans, and productivity initiatives.

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data used for management decision-making.

- Understanding of P&L;, balance sheet,



cash flow, budgeting, variance analysis, and business performance metric.

Technical Competencies:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, Power Query, and dashboarding capability.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering mindset.

- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

- High ownership, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under tight reporting timelines.
