Role Description The Finance Ops – Assistant Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

The Assistant

Manager will monitor financial processes, assist in closing books monthly and annually, prepare and review financial and management reports, and help implement internal controls and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role also involves analyzing operational and financial performance, identifying process improvements, supporting audits,



and providing actionable insights to leadership to strengthen the circular resources business.

Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in manufacturing, recycling, or supply chain.
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in core financial operations and compliance.
- Candidates should possess hands on experience on ZOHO and solid Financial Reporting skills, including preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements and management reports.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee finance-related processes, optimize workflows, and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, support decision-making, and drive process improvements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with operational, commercial, and leadership teams.
