We are looking for a Finance MIS Executive with 2 3 years of experience in financial reporting, MIS preparation, budgeting, and business finance. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and experience in preparing management reports, financial analysis, and business performance dashboards.

The role involves supporting the finance team with MIS reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze financial performance, budgets, and business variances.
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and financial data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for MIS data collection and validation.




- Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and business insights for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: CMA or Inter CA.
- Experience: 2 – 3 years in Finance MIS, Financial Planning, or Business Finance.
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP/Tally/SAP or similar finance systems is an added advantage.
