1. JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting, effective cash-flow management, statutory compliance, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and strong internal financial controls. The role will provide timely financial insights to management and support business and project-level financial decision-making.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Management

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Manage company cash flow, working capital, banking and fund utilization.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project-wise revenue, expenditure, costing and profitability.
- Analyse budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, vouchers, invoices and financial records.
- Prepare MIS, cash-flow statements and management reports.
- Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely bank and ledger reconciliations.

Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain proper statutory records and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable financial and taxation regulations.

Project Finance & Cost Control
- Monitor project-wise budgets and construction expenses.
- Review project profitability and cost performance.
- Identify cost leakages and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement and Management teams regarding financial approvals.

Banking & Vendor Management
- Manage banking transactions and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Monitor vendor payments and payment schedules.
- Review invoices, bills and payment requests before approval.
- Monitor receivables and support timely collections.

Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls.
- Ensure proper authorization and documentation of financial transactions.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Team Management
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, reporting and compliance activities.




- Train and guide team members on financial procedures and company policies.

1. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance or equivalent.
- CA / CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Construction / Real Estate / Project-based industry experience preferred.

- Robust knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong MIS and financial reporting skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and integrity.

Note: The Finance Manager is expected to maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information and perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policies, applicable laws and management directives. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
