Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making and ensure financial stability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines and other financial regulations applicable to NBFCs.
- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize returns while maintaining liquidity needs of the company.
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to support growth and profitability.
- Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory audits and tax audits, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor finance teams,
ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
- Candidate with age limit: 30 to 40 years
- Qualification: CA/ MBA / Post Graduation in Finance
- Previous experience in NBFC with 3 to 4 years in Managerial Role
- Proficiency in NBFC loan software and excellent Excel skills
- Language expertise: English & Malayalam. Speaking Tamil is an added advantage
