Role Description The Finance Manager role at First Adviser | Your Loan Partner is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi.

The Finance

Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and periodic reporting to support strategic decisions and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring loan portfolios, tracking revenue and expenses, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring accurate, compliant accounting and documentation. The role will involve collaborating with senior leadership, banking partners,



and internal teams to optimize financial performance, manage financial risk, and support new initiatives and expansion.

The Finance

Manager will also be responsible for improving internal controls, streamlining finance processes, and using digital tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of lending products, retail finance, and banking operations, particularly in personal, business, home, and SME loans.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, taxation basics, and internal control practices.
- Proficiency with Excel and financial software or ERP systems, and comfort working with digital and automated platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret financial trends, and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in NBFCs, banks, loan distribution, or financial services is highly beneficial.
