Role Overview The Manager – Finance will serve as the strategic leader of CG Infinity’s finance function, responsible for safeguarding financial integrity, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and enabling sustainable business growth. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership capability. The incumbent will oversee accounting operations, audits, compliance frameworks, STPI processes, and GST management, while also driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

As a trusted advisor to senior management, the Manager – Finance will provide actionable insights, strengthen internal controls, and optimize financial processes through technology and best practices. The role is pivotal in aligning financial strategy with organizational objectives, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of accurate financial statements.

- Drive statutory, internal, and external audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to tax laws, corporate governance,



STPI regulations, and GST compliance.

- Oversee GST filings, input tax credit reconciliations, monthly/annual returns, and ensure timely payment of liabilities.

- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to support business growth.

- Establish and monitor internal controls, ensuring financial integrity and risk mitigation.

- Enhance efficiency through ERP systems, automation, and best practices.

- Mentor finance team members and collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor of Commerce with MBA in Finance.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, compliance, STPI, and GST.

- Robust knowledge of Indian financial regulations, corporate governance, and taxation.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Office tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
