We are seeking a highly organised, process-driven and timeline-oriented finance and accounts team member.

The ideal candidate will have robust fundamental accounting knowledge and analytical experience, be process and detail-oriented, and bring good communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy is paramount the role requires work of very high accuracy that does not depend on quality checks or supervision, delivered consistently against agreed timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain accounting records for the family office, spanning companies, individuals and trusts across geographies.
- Prepare financials and reports.
- Manage payments.
- Ensure compliance with tax and other regulatory requirements, including TDS, GST, MCA and Professional Tax; assist in the preparation of income tax returns and assessments.
- Maintain and analyse Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.




- Capture and analyse data of investee companies and support financial analysis of prospective investments.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- CA/CMA inter / finance graduate or post graduate with 5-7 years of accounting and analytical experience.
- Strong experience in accounting, financial and profitability analysis
- Basic knowledge in taxation
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Good understanding of AI tools.
- Strong commitment to following process meticulously, with high importance placed on accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Understanding of data security.
- Quick learner who adapts easily and works independently.
