Job Summary:

Consultant Process Excellence contributes to Finance & Accountingtransformation engagements, bringing structured process analysis skills,hands-on AI and automation tooling experience, and growing domain knowledgeacross OTC, PTP, RTR, Fixed Assets, and Product Costing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct As-Is process maturity assessment(L1/L4) and structured gap analysis across Finance sub-processes
- Develop To-Be process designs, SOPs, RACIframeworks, and process narratives aligned with GBS / Shared Servicestarget-state design principles
- AI-Ready Process Analysis: analyse Financeworkflows to identify automation and AI intervention opportunities
- Python (must have): write clean functionalscripts for data extraction, transformation, API calls, and workflow automationtasks; independently run and debug scripts within Finance transformationcontexts
- SQL (must have): query Finance datasets from ERP/ data warehouse environments; perform joins, aggregations, and sub-queries toextract operational insights supporting process assessments
- Hands-On AI Tooling: apply at least one of GenAIprompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining tools, or LLM-based workflowprototyping to real Finance process challenges
- Data Analysis & Finance Reporting: buildanalytical outputs using Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL; support delivery ofprocess performance dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks
- Support operating model design and transitionplanning activities contribute to wave planning documentation, KT tracking, SLAframeworks, and stabilization reports
- Solution Documentation & DeliveryContribution: prepare workshop materials, process deliverables,



status reports,and presentation decks; contribute to business case quantification
- Finance Sub-Process Knowledge: demonstrateworking knowledge of at least one tower (OTC, PTP, or RTR inc. Fixed Assets /Product Costing); actively develop multi-tower depth over time
- Collaborate with AI/data engineers andautomation specialists to embed technology interventions into redesignedprocess flows; contribute to functional specification documents

Professional & Technical Skills:

- CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E /Bachelors in Data Science Tier 1 institute
