Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and network-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and network support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
Resolve user issues related to Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
Handle IT asset management and regular maintenance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain service documentation.
