Role & responsibilities

- Promote and sell assigned laboratory products/instruments within designated territories.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify target customers, industry segments, and recent business opportunities.

- Build strong long-term customer relationships through regular visits and support.

- Achieve assigned targets brand-wise and customer segment-wise.

- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.

- Coordinate quotations, order processing, and customer requirements with internal teams.

- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and market feedback updates.

- Travel to customer locations for business development and support activities.

- Additional Responsibilities Instrument Sales Position

- Handle sales of analytical, electrochemistry, and general laboratory instruments.





- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.

- Coordinate after-sales support and customer service activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Instrumentation, or related scientific fields.

- 25 years of experience in laboratory product/instrument sales or related industries.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Technical knowledge of laboratory instruments will be an added advantage for the instrument sales role.

- Multilingual communication skills preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
