Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and other construction professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors regularly.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote and sell the company’s construction products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up for order confirmation.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, accounts, and operations teams for timely order execution and payment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, orders, and sales activities.
- Collect market feedback and share it with management.




- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, cement, steel, tiles, sanitaryware, waterproofing, hardware, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of the local construction market and customer network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

- Monthly/annual sales achievement.

- Lead-to-order conversion.
- Number of productive customer/site visits.
- Collection and payment follow-up.
- Repeat business and customer retention.
- Territory/market development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
