- Find recent customers and generate leads through field visits.
- Meet customers and understand requirements.
- Introduce our products and follow up on enquiries.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Support the team in achieving sales and collection targets.
- Work with internal teams to prepare quotations, process orders and support customers.
- Learn about the market, competitors and customer feedback.
- Maintain simple records of customer visits and sales activities.
- Share regular updates with the sales team.
