Field Sales Executive – Cement & Steel Industry

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Noida / NCR, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad

Industry: Cement, Steel, TMT & Construction Materials

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, dealers, contractors, builders and project locations.
- Generate recent leads through cold visits, references and market networking.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet contractors, builders, dealers and purchase teams to generate orders.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiate prices and close sales/orders.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market demand and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch and delivery.
- Follow up for outstanding payments/collections.




- Submit daily/weekly reports covering field visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of field sales experience in cement, steel, TMT, construction materials or a similar industry.
- Good knowledge of the Noida/NCR market.
- Existing contacts with contractors, builders, dealers or construction companies preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with daily travelling and extensive field work.
- Target-oriented with strong lead-generation and sales-conversion skills.
- Graduate preferred.
