About Demould

Demould is one of Delhi's leading premium bakery and gifting brands, specialising in handcrafted desserts, luxury hampers, corporate gifting, B2B offerings & hi-tea experiences. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can build partnerships, generate revenue, and create long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate current business opportunities through corporates, event planners, venue owners, hotels, cafés, educational institutions, hospitals, co-working spaces, gifting companies, luxury retail brands, and other strategic partners.

● Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into long-term business partners.

● Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

● Plan business development activities well in advance for festive seasons such as Diwali, Christmas, corporate gifting seasons, wedding seasons, and other key occasions.

● Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brochures, catalogs, presentations,



pricing sheets, and sales collateral remain updated.

● Represent Demould at exhibitions, networking events, trade shows, and business forums.

● Identify opportunities for pop-ups, exhibitions, flea markets, corporate activations, and experiential events.

Ideal Candidate

● Experience in F&B;, Hospitality, Luxury Gifting, Events, Retail, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.

● Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

● Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

● Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and business travel across Delhi NCR.

● Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

● Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and AI tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
