- We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Manager to support branch-level operations,ensure policy compliance, and drive loan recovery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Business Targets: Work towards meeting individual and branch-level loan disbursement and collection targets.
- Conduct and Attend Center Meetings: Ensure timely attendance and proper conduct of center meetings as per company policy.
- Loan Collection & Member Interaction: Collect repayments on time, issue receipts, update passbooks, and follow the Code of Conduct.
- New Member Onboarding & Verification: Induct recent members, verify KYC documents, and conduct house visits as per credit policy.
- System Entries & Reporting: Enter collections, loan data, member details, and other updates in the company software accurately.
