Role Description The Field Logistics and Data Collection Intern will support day-to-day operations in Bhadrachalam by coordinating field logistics and gathering on-ground data from GraminDukaan retail and sourcing partners. This internship role is in office and involves visiting partner stores and locations, monitoring stock movements, tracking deliveries, and documenting operational challenges and opportunities.

The intern will collect quantitative and qualitative data on sales, inventory, customer behavior, and supply chain performance, and help organize this information into clear reports for the core team. They will collaborate with local partners,



assist with basic process improvements, and ensure accurate data entry into company systems. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to rural retail operations, last-mile logistics, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong data collection and analysis capabilities, including basic proficiency with spreadsheets or simple data tools and attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Interest in field logistics and supply chain operations, with the ability to coordinate visits, track inventory movements, and support on-ground execution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with retail partners, farmers, brand representatives, and internal team members.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to observe field realities, identify issues, and suggest practical improvements.
- Comfort working in rural settings, willingness to travel locally around Bhadrachalam, and adaptability to dynamic on-site conditions.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in business, supply chain, rural management, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of retail or FMCG environments and enthusiasm for improving rural livelihoods through better market access is an advantage.
- Ability to work ethically, respect local communities, and follow organizational guidelines and safety protocols.
