Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners and customers for residential and commercial property requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Executive to visit properties and collect information required by our internal team.

The role mainly involves property visits, taking photographs and videos, collecting basic property details, and sharing the information with the team.

Responsibilities

- Visit properties in different areas of Bengaluru.
- Take photographs and short videos of properties for internal use and listing purposes.
- Capture the main areas of the property, including rooms, exterior, entrance, parking, and surroundings.
- Collect basic information about the property during the visit.
- Note details such as location, property type, size, price, and availability.
- Share photographs, videos, and collected information with the office team.
- Coordinate with property owners or representatives before visiting a property.
- Confirm property access and visit timings.




- Inform the team about any changes or important observations at the property.
- Maintain a straightforward record of completed property visits.
- Follow the daily visit schedule provided by the team.
- Complete other field-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements
- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Ability to take clear photographs and videos.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.

Incentives

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview assessment.
