Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the field office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, provide training on new products/services, and resolve customer complaints.

- Develop solid relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in field work or related roles (e.g., hospital field marketing).

- B.Tech degree from a recognized university; relevant certifications preferred.

- Strong understanding of eye hospital marketing principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
