We are looking for a Field Debt Manager to manage a team of field collection executives responsible for recovering overdue payments from personal-loan customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the field collection team.
- Plan customer visits for overdue accounts.
- Ensure monthly collection/recovery targets are achieved.
- Monitor daily team performance and field activities.
- Handle high-value/difficult customer cases when required.
- Guide the team on customer follow-ups and skip tracing.
- Ensure collection activities follow company policies and legal guidelines.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain collection reports and update account feedback.
