We are looking for a Field Business Growth Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, promoting broadband/fiber internet services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, local business networks, and customer interactions.
- Promote broadband, fiber internet, and related services.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain plans, offers, and service benefits.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation and service activation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, telecom, broadband, or a related industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
