Looking for Faro Arm Operator with 3D Scanning Knowledge for Chakan, Pune Location at our client end.

Role & responsibilities

1. Participate in Industrial 3D Scanning of various types of parts(plastic, casting, sheetmetal, rubber).
2. Prepare components and scanning environments.
3. Follow company procedures, client requirements, quality standards,

cleanliness, and site-specific work instructions.
1. Maintain organised project records, including raw scan data, processed files, reports, revisions, and backup copies.
2. Plan and manage assigned projects efficiently.
3. Handle the equipment carefully, keep the FARO Arm and accessories clean, and report any damage, malfunction, or servicing need.

Skill Set Required

1. Experience in operating a FARO Arm, similar portable 3D scanning equipment, or Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) systems.
2. Basic understanding of inspection/manufacturing processes and the ability to coordinate effectively with manufacturing and quality engineers.
3. Awareness of workplace safety, equipment-care, quality procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.
