We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to assist customers in selecting jewellery and fashion accessories that suit their style, occasion, and preferences. The candidate should have good communication skills, a sense of fashion, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

- Understand customer preferences, needs, and budgets.

- Recommend suitable jewellery and styling options.

- Explain product features, materials, designs, and pricing.

- Help customers choose jewellery for daily wear, bridal occasions, and special events.

- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

- Support sales targets and follow up with customers when required.

- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth billing and order processing.

- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

- Positive customer-handling and sales skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and make recommendations.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Previous experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or luxury sales is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Kannada, English, and Hindi may be preferred, depending on the showroom.
