We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager cum Sales Manager to manage our factory operations as well as develop and grow our sales business.
? Key Responsibilities
Factory & Production Management
Manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor production quality, efficiency, wastage and costs.
Manage workers, supervisors and factory staff.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Maintain safety, discipline and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, accounts and dispatch teams.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Sales & Business Development
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Visit customers and understand their requirements.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments and deliveries.
Develop recent markets and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
? Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–10+ years in manufacturing/factory operations and sales.
Experience in plastic/manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently handle factory operations and sales activities.
Strong knowledge of production planning, costing and customer management.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
