DATRAX is hiring an experienced Export Sales Manager to manage and grow international business across the USA, UK and Europe markets.

The role will involve developing international customers, managing existing export accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth across assigned international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage export sales across USA, UK and European markets.
- Identify and develop new international customers and business opportunities.
- Manage existing international customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and sales presentations.
- Handle price negotiations and commercial discussions with overseas customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer requirements.
- Monitor export orders, deliveries and customer commitments.
- Maintain regular communication with international customers.
- Track market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination related to export documentation and commercial requirements.

Requirements
- 6–15 years of experience in Export Sales / International Sales / International Business Development.




- Experience handling USA, UK or European markets.
- Strong experience in international customer development and relationship management.
- Positive knowledge of export-import regulations and customs procedures.
- Understanding of international payment terms and modes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good cross-cultural communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- DME / B.E. Mechanical qualification preferred.
- Experience in Rubber, Automotive Components, Engineering or Manufacturing will be preferred.
