Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive Export Executive - International Business to support our export sales and sourcing activities. The candidate will handle international customer inquiries, generate and manage leads, coordinate with manufacturers for pricing and product information, prepare quotations, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development.

Generate international B2B leads through online platforms, trade directories, LinkedIn, and other sources.

Identify potential customers and maintain a qualified lead database.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Customer Communication

Handle email communication with customers according to their requirement.

Respond to inquiries and understand customer requirements.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure timely communication.

Manufacturer Coordination

Coordinate with manufacturers to source products as per customer requirements.

Obtain product pricing, specifications, MOQ, lead time, COA, TDS, and other technical documents. Collect prices from manufacturers.

Follow up with manufacturers to ensure timely responses.

Quotation & Pricing :

Prepare and send commercial quotations and Proforma Invoices.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and commercial terms.

Lead Management





Track inquiries from receipt to order closure.

Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Update CRM or Excel trackers regularly.

Cross-functional Coordination :

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, documentation, and sales teams for smooth order execution.

Assist in resolving customer queries related to products, pricing, and shipment schedules.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Chemical/Pharma/Food, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business, B2B Sales, or Export Coordination.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Basic understanding of export processes, Incoterms, and international trade is preferred.

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
