Excellent command of Pan Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, and related culinary styles. Strong understanding of authentic flavours, modern techniques, presentation, and menu development. Demonstrated ability to create innovative menus while maintaining consistency and quality. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a professional kitchen team. Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, kitchen operations, inventory control, costing, and portion management. Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional standards. Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. A creative culinary mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage the complete kitchen operations.



Develop and curate an innovative Pan Asian menu aligned with the brand’s culinary identity. Maintain the highest standards of taste, quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene. Manage food costs, inventory, procurement, wastage, and kitchen budgets effectively. Train and develop the culinary team to ensure strong performance and discipline. Work closely with management to introduce recent concepts, seasonal menus, and culinary experiences. Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.Experience: 8+ years in professional kitchens, with significant expertise in Pan Asian cuisine preferred.
