Role Description The Executive Recruiter (Target based) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle for executive and leadership positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and building strong talent pipelines aligned with client requirements and performance targets.

The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand role specifications, advising on market trends, and presenting qualified candidates in a timely, professional manner.

Recruiter will maintain accurate records in recruitment systems, manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, and work towards defined placement goals. This position also requires ongoing relationship-building with clients and prospects to support business growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent pipeline management, and full-cycle recruitment for executive-level roles.
- Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiating offers and contracts.
- Ability to work with target-based performance metrics, meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and basic CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple searches remotely.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with self-motivation, accountability, and reliable internet connectivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in agency recruitment or executive search is highly beneficial; exposure to marketing or digital sectors is a plus.
