About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Event Production Executive with proven experience in the event production or decor industry. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative designs and ground execution—managing venue timelines, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and live event operations for high-end setups in Surat and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Ground Execution

- Oversee end-to-end production planning and manage live execution on-site.
- Conduct site visits, recces, and pre-event planning meetings with venues and clients.
- Build strong rapport with venue management to ensure smooth approvals and setup flow.
- Ensure setups strictly follow approved layouts, mood boards, and client expectations while adhering to safety protocols.




- Handle real-time troubleshooting and last-minute problem-solving during setup and live events.

2. Vendor Management & Material Sourcing

- Source and research current fabrics, fabrication materials, and decor elements (backed by sampling).
- Leverage existing event-vendor networks to maintain strong relationships with suppliers, labor teams, and fabrication partners.
- Lead rate negotiations to secure competitive pricing without compromising Decor Karkhana's quality standards.
- Prepare accurate cost-analysis sheets, manage vendor onboarding, and coordinate timely payments with the accounts team.

3. Team Supervision & Process Compliance

- Supervise ground teams and labor, ensuring adherence to event production timelines and operational SOPs.
- Conduct daily huddle meetings and train team members to build operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Department to turn design concepts into scalable production plans.
- Submit weekly/monthly production reports to the HOD (Production Manager).

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in event production, event management, decor fabrication,



or luxury wedding operations (Candidates with direct event industry experience will be strongly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English (Required).
- Location: Surat, Gujarat.
