Dr. V.S. Natarajan Geriatric Foundation is seeking Event Management Executive.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute health, wellness and senior-citizen events.
- Coordinate with doctors, speakers, sponsors, vendors and guests.
- Manage venue, logistics, registrations and on-ground arrangements.
- Handle event promotions and coordinate with the media/content team.
- Manage event timelines, budgets and post-event follow-ups.
- Travel within Chennai for events when required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of event management experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Tamil and English communication skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
