Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver training programs for EV technicians on electric vehicle systems, components, and maintenance procedures.

- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions to illustrate key concepts and techniques.

- Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure trainee performance and knowledge retention.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course materials and ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in the automotive industry or related field.

- Robust understanding of electric vehicles, including their design, function, and maintenance requirements.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
