- Design and implement SCCM solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for solution design, including architecture, deployment plans, and testing procedures.
- Develop technical documentation of SCCM solutions using tools like Intune and Nexthink.
- Provide expert-level support for existing SCCM implementations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as an Architect or similar role.
- Robust understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) architecture and its components such as distribution points, site servers, etc.
- Experience with solution design principles for large-scale enterprise environments; ability to create detailed designs for complex systems.
