- Assessing the daily/routine operation/maintenance activities in the plant and corrective measures/actions to improve the system with proper facility.
- Analyzing the daily log-sheets and identifying the deviation in the parameters which affecting the performance of the plant and discussion with team for corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of ZLD facility.
- Operation of the Biological treatment of ETP and STP to meet the norms prescribed by the SPCB/CPCB.
- To adhere & conduct CMMS procedures ( Punching of jobs /updation /closure /analysis).
- Ensuring the uninterrupted supply of water for the production and utility with specified quality.
- To operate the plant Safely by observing and rectifying the unsafe act and unsafe condition.
- Documentation of statutory compliance related to PCB and coordination with KSPCB authorities.
- Ensuring adherence of team to the organization policy and excellence activities.
- Planning and Implementation of process improvement, cost optimization and sustainability projects
- Operational experience of WTP, ETP, RO, MEE and Sludge dewatering equipments.
- Ensure the parameters of the treated water are met as per the norms set by PCB/CPCB.
- To effectively monitor the operation of the Effluent treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant and ZLD plant.
- To prepare daily / monthly report of the plant operation and compliance.
- Analysis of process samples to determine parameter values and take actions for any deviations.
- Identifying the deviation in process and taking corrective actions to meet desire results.
- Waste (Hazardous and Non-Hazardous) management as per statutory guidelines.
- Implementation of QMS, EMS and OHSAS standards.
- Adherence to the safety standards.
- Positive people management skills.
Desired Experience: 8+ years in core ETP operations
Additional Requirement: Must have team handling experience.
