Key Responsibilities:

1. To study customer enquiries, RFQs, tender documents, BOQs, drawings and technical specifications for food and dairy processing machinery.
2. To prepare Estimation for raw materials, fabrication, bought-out components, electricals, instrumentation, piping, refrigeration and other project requirements as per the customer requirement.
3. Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Production, Projects and Sales teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs for estimation.
4. Obtain and analyse vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements for materials, components and equipment.
5. Maintain updated material, component and vendor price databases for costing.
6. Prepare and submit tenders, quotations and techno-commercial offers within the stipulated deadlines.
7. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for price, delivery and technical information required for quotations.
8. Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, tenders,



costing sheets, vendor quotations and order details.
9. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all estimation, costing.
10. To perform Technical Estimation & Engineering Calculations for tank capacity/dimensions, material weight, shell & dish-end thickness, nozzles, agitators, motor power, pumps, flow, pressure drop, heat load, heat exchangers, vacuum, condensers,

refrigeration and utility requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in costing.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries/tenders and work within deadlines.
- Knowledge in Hindi will be an added advantage
