Key Responsibility:

- Conduct engaging and customized ERP product demonstrations for prospects.
- Understand client business processes, requirements, and pain points.
- Map customer requirements to relevant ERP product features and workflows.
- Create customized demo scenarios based on industry and business use cases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Handle functional queries and explain product capabilities, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct POCs, solution presentations, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare solution documents, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product enhancement requirements to the Product team.
- Support Sales in converting opportunities by clearly demonstrating business value and ROI.

Required Skills:





- 3 to 7 years of experience in ERP Consulting / Product Consulting / Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting.
- Robust understanding of ERP/CRM workflows and business processes.
- Excellent product presentation and demonstration skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Experience with SaaS / ERP / CRM / E-commerce products preferred.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and technical concepts is an advantage.
- Comfortable presenting to business heads, managers, CXOs, and technical teams.

Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA or a relevant field.
