We're Hiring – ERPNext Administrator!

Looking for someone who can take ownership of our internal ERPNext system — from daily operations to development and customization as our business grows. If you love solving real business problems through ERP and have hands-on Frappe/Python experience, this one's for you!

Key Responsibilities :-

- Handle daily ERP operations: data entry, updates, and record maintenance across modules.
- Create and manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Stock Entries, etc.- Generate and share reports (sales, stock, accounts, HR) for managementManage user accounts, roles, and access permissions- Provide first-line support to staff for ERP login/usage issues
- with different departments to ensure correct data entry and process flow-Identify and report errors/bugs to the technical team or vendor- Maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies across modules
- Train new employees on how to use the ERP system- Ensure timely backups and coordinate with IT/vendor for updates





Required Skills :-

- Prior experience working with ERPNext - Strong understanding of business processes (Accounts, Inventory, Sales, Purchase)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic troubleshooting ability (not development, just identifying issues)
- Good to Have Prior experience specifically with ERPNext
- Experience training/supporting a team on ERP usage
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
- Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experienc
