Role Description The Environmental Health Safety Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental health and safety policies, procedures, and programs across the different sites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workplace safety inspections, identifying hazards, and recommending corrective actions; ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal standards; maintaining EHS documentation and incident reports; and coordinating safety drills and emergency response plans.

The specialist will deliver safety training sessions, support occupational health initiatives, and collaborate with leadership and project teams to integrate EHS considerations into all activities.



The role also involves continuous evaluation of safety performance and driving improvements to create a safer, more sustainable work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills, with experience in implementing safety protocols and hazard controls.
- Candidates should possess Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) skills, including knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and incident management.
- 5-8 years of experience in environmental health and safety within industrial, creative, or corporate projects is beneficial.
- Formal education in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote a culture of safety.
- Qualified certifications in EHS, OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
- Immediate or 15 days joiners are preferred.
